The Breakfast Burger

A meat patty of pork, jalapeño, and cheddar is prepared in-house and combined with hash browns, a fried egg, avocado, garlic aioli, and tomato. It’s served with fries or breakfast potatoes. This is the perfect combination of favorite morning dishes and lunch–what a great way to start your day!

Yard Hash

You can choose from several breakfast favorites here, including bacon, pulled pork with red peppers, or sausage. Additionally included is sautéed kale, onion that has been caramelized, breakfast potatoes in a hollandaise sauce, a poached egg, and your choice of double the meat or an additional egg. Try not to get hungry just thinking about it! For those into the hash family but avoiding meat products, Brick Yard’s Veggie Hash is equally delicious and features all the same things minus the meat.

On The Sweet Side: Apple Fritters

Breakfast or brunch just can’t be properly complete without some option aimed at satisfying your sweet tooth. Apple fritters are available at The Brick Yard for brunch, and they come with whip cream and succulent rum caramel sauce. On that note, there’s also exceptional brioche french toast which is served with whipped cream and the finest maple syrup. With both of these menu items you have the choice to add fried chicken tenders.

Chilaquiles

This is a traditional dish that features red chile sauce, cilantro, tortilla chips, salsa, cilantro, Crema, and scrambled eggs. You can add bacon or pulled pork as well, if that’s what the morning calls for!

For The Salad Set

Two delicious morning salads are also available on the Brick Yard’s improved brunch menu. Their signature garden salad includes radish, tomato, sherry vinaigrette, sea salt, and mixed lettuces. Either bacon or chicken can be added as with other dishes. Brick Yard’s Kale Salad is almost a revelation in itself, to the informed palate. In includes dried cranberry, grilled red pepper, roasted cauliflower, honey cumin dressing, toasted almond, and of course kale.
